The Volunteer State

Piedmont Delivery Service is on the road again and this time we helped a customer in Memphis, Tennessee. New Millennium steel fabrication plants are dotted across the United States. Their state-of-the-art facilities help supply the domestic construction market with steel joists, joist girders, and a broad selection of steel roof and composite floor deck panels. Shameika Adell needed some parts for the expansive facility on a Friday. Our promise of same-day delivery was kept as our driver pulled up to the plant at 6:40 pm central time. Tennessee is a long state and, in case you were wondering, it earned the nickname Volunteer State due to Tennesseeans’ eagerness to step forward to serve in times of war.
