Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice

When it comes to candy, we all have our favorites. Living in the South, you can bet someone in the family probably has a recipe for homemade fudge, divinity, and peanut brittle, just to name a few. For the Crown Candy Company in Macon, Georgia, these homemade treats are their specialty, along with a host of other truly delicious candies. Crown Candy dates back to the 1930’s, and they are known for selecting pecans, fresh roasted cashews, and peanuts. Their specialty coconut candies are a fan favorite, making them the largest supplier of coconut candies in the United States. When Son Nugyen reached out to Piedmont Delivery Service in need of a motor to keep the manufacturing facility in operation, our driver was soon heading down the interstate in route to Crown Candy. We arrived at 10:20 p.m. Keeping our sweet tooth in check, and we call that The Piedmont Difference!
