The Cat’s Meow

If you need a quick clean-up product, you’ve probably grabbed a bottle of Clorox. The bleach has been around since the 1900’s and was first developed in Oakland, California. Wisely, one of the female investors had the brilliant idea of marketing Clorox liquid bleach to homemakers, giving away free samples. A lot has happened since then. Now Clorox is known worldwide with manufacturing facilities dotted across the globe. What you may not know is that last year in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Clorox opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to make cat litter. The new plant boasts 97,000 square feet and is making Fresh Step and Scoop Away cat litter. To keep the production line in motion, Siara Tates needed a part and Piedmont Delivery Service was on their speed dial. Our driver arrived early Friday evening at 7:12pm. Let’s just say Happy cat, Happy customer. It’s the Cat’s Meow!
