Music City is home to more than country western musicians, Nashville, Tennessee is also home to Crown Bakeries. The company manufactures a diverse line of fresh and frozen bread, baked goods and dough products for the food service industry. Think croissants, biscuits, buns and much more. Cornerstone Bakery is one of their frozen dough production facilities. It was here that Emanuel Tinkham needed an electrical part on a Wednesday night to keep the plant in operation. Piedmont Delivery Service to the rescue as our driver pulled up to the plant at 9:00pm. Fortunately the roads weren’t too bad, but if you are planning to travel this week for the Memorial Day holiday weekend, buckle up. AAA is saying it could be one for the record books. More than 42 million people are expected to be making travel plans this weekend, so be safe and have a Happy Memorial Day weekend!
