Lumber is still very much a hot commodity. The price of lumber is seeing a resurgence, which analysts expect will continue through early 2022. Of course it all goes back to supply and demand. In the panhandle of Florida there’s a lumber company that dates back to the early 1900’s. In March of 2003 the McRae family completely redesigned and modernized their Southern Yellow Pine Sawmill in Graceville, Florida and restored its original beginnings as Rex Lumber. William Spence recently reached out to Piedmont Delivery Service needing a small part. Big or small, having parts that are operating properly are the difference between night and day.
