Rule the Roost

One of the world’s largest poultry producers is a company called Pilgrim’s. The company includes 39 production facilities and 27 prepared food facilities. Their global footprint can be seen in 14 U.S. states, the United Kingdom, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Europe. Pilgrim’s says one out of every five chicken’s comes from their company. Two of their processing plants are located in Live Oak, Florida. It was here Stephanie Richardson needed a small part at the Pilgrim’s Pride facility. The call came in Tuesday night and our driver was there for the delivery at 1:40am Wednesday morning, so Pilgrim’s was ready to tackle Thursday morning’s production shift.
