It’s no surprise Adient is a company that prides itself on getting it right the first time. The automobile parts manufacturer is a global leader in automotive seating. With close to 80,000 employees in 34 countries, they produce and deliver automotive seating to more than 23 million vehicles every year. That’s why when Drew Sullivan contacted Piedmont Delivery Service, desperately needing a part at it’s Clanton, Alabama facility, it was literally a cry for help. The entire paint line was down and our driver at Piedmont Delivery Service was scheduled to arrive at 12:30am. We were asked to call with updates on our ETA every two hours and as with all of our customers, we were more than happy to check in.
