Pet Project

In the aftermath of the pandemic, one surprising boost is the number of pet adoptions. In fact a new survey shows 93 % of the people who got a “pandemic pet” felt improved mental and or physical well being. We have a beagle named Molly and our furry friends have kept us company for years, just ask Nestle Purina. It all started along the banks of the Mississippi River near St. Louis, Missouri with Ralston, Purina. Fast forward to today and Nestle Purina’s newest factory opened its doors in 2019 in Hartwell, Georgia, just up the road from Atlanta. The facility is considered the company’s flagship pet food producing operation. And it was here Michael Smith needed a part ASAP. With the demand for pet food at a premium, Piedmont Delivery Service arrived at their doorstep for the same-day delivery at 7:00pm. Keeping Nestle Purina running and our pets happy is a number one priority. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
