Thanksgiving is going to look a lot different this year. The CDC is recommending we avoid travel and large gatherings. Whether you are hosting a meal with your family or keeping it low this year, we imagine your meal will include the traditional turkey and all of the stuffings. There’s lots of debate on your favorite sides, from green bean casserole to mac n’ cheese, rice or mashed potatoes, we can bet the meal includes some kind of bread or biscuits. For many, that sweet roll of choice is King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls. As one might imagine the sweet roll was founded in Hawaii with the Aloha Spirit. This is an expression of caring and sharing that is an essential part of island culture. King’s Hawaiian Bakery just happens to have a manufacturing facility in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Mauro Chavez needed not one, but two motors to keep the plant running smoothly. Our driver at Piedmont Delivery Service made the delivery at 8:25pm. So this week as we take a break to count our many blessings, let’s remember the Aloha Spirit of caring for others, wherever you might be this Holiday.
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Piedmont Delivery Service!
