Connecting the Dots

Friday afternoon at 5:30 is never an ideal time to pick up a large motor, but when our customers call, we deliver as promised. Take, for example, the call we recently received from Marshall Haney with AO Smith late Friday afternoon.. The company out of Johnson City, Tennessee is known as one of the world’s leading providers of water heating and water treatment solutions. The time was 4:50pm and the pick-up needed to be before 5:30pm. With a little driver juggling, we were able to get to the pick-up location on time, and through a few phone calls, realized our pick-up contact was someone we knew. Nice to have friends! Then it was off to Johnson City, Tennessee, where we arrived at the plant at 8:20pm. Just never know who you might run into and, thankfully, as a customer of Piedmont Delivery Service, you are always our number one priority. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
