The world’s supply chain issues are showing up in U.S. auto garages. The challenge of finding parts is a real problem, just ask anyone who has taken their car or truck for repairs. A day or two is now more like a week or more of delayed service. Javier Arias with the Volkswagen Manufacturing plant in Chattanooga reached out to Piedmont Delivery Service for the delivery of spools of wire. Once our driver delivered the wire late that afternoon, the manufacturing plant was in need of a motor, so we jumped back in the van and made the delivery early the next morning.
