Fertilizing the Future

It’s that time of year when many of us are harvesting vegetables from our gardens. It’s been a good growing season. It helps when you add the right fertilizer. Agriliance-AFC is a joint venture between the Alabama Farmers Cooperative (AFC) and WinField United. WinField is a part of Land O’Lakes, best known for its butter. In 2005 Agri-AFC purchased Farmer’s Favorite Fertilizer, located in Evergreen, Alabama. The acquisition enabled them to increase their storage capacity and add the production of bagged fertilizer. It was in Evergreen that Dennis Nobles needed a small part to get the facility up and running again. Piedmont Delivery Service arrived at the facility at 10:35pm central time with the part in hand. Same-day delivery is our promise and once again we delivered. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
