Fabulous Food Foolproof

There’s nothing worse than overcooked, dry roast beef. That was the dilemma facing Dr. Bruno Goussault in the 1970’s. He launched what’s called the sous vide cooking method now used by the company Cuisine Solutions in Sterling, Virginia. Sous vide is French for “under-vacuum”. The food is actually prepared in a vacuum-sealed pouch and slow-cooked. Dr. Goussault found this cooking method enhanced the flavor and tenderness of the roast beef. Cuisine Solutions now offers gourmet, restaurant quality meals delivered to your doorstep. G. Wilson, who works at Cuisine Solutions needed a motor to keep the operation running smoothly. That’s where Piedmont Delivery Service stepped in and delivered a motor at 1:00am early Wednesday morning.
