Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Hard to believe we are now in the year 2020 and technologically we can thank our popular childhood cartoon The Jetsons for giving us a sneak peek at the 21st century. Who would have guessed we would be talking to our watches, using video chats, and Buddy the companion Robot, think Siri. We haven’t quite tackled flying cars, but hey self-driving cars are here. For Piedmont Delivery Service, we are sticking with our professional drivers. We recently had quite the trip when there was a mix up and a large crate was delivered to the wrong Cicis Pizza restaurant in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It was supposed to go to Columbus, Georgia. Installers were waiting for the new part, so off we went to Rock Hill to pick up the crate and then take it to Columbus, Georgia. Delivery the same-day was important and of course we arrived by 10pm in Georgia. While we were at it, we picked up the part that was supposed to be delivered to Rock Hill and, you guessed it, delivered it the next day. A flying car might have come in handy this delivery, but we managed just fine. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
