Here at Piedmont Delivery Service, we make it a priority to communicate with our customers, whether it’s via email or over the phone. We make sure you know the status of your delivery 24/7. It’s standard operating procedure. Every now and then we receive an additional email thanking us for our service. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate your feedback. We did chuckle a little at an email from one of our customers who recently wrote to us “where have you been all my life? I did not realize I was speaking with the owner of the company.” Yes, I try to be involved with the day to day operation as much as possible. As the saying goes a company is only as good as its people.
