Delight In Every Bite

What do Twinkies, Ding Dongs and Ho Ho’s have in common? All are made by Hostess Brands, Incorporated. And here’s a little bit of trivia, the name “Twinkies” came from a “Twinkle Toe Shoes” billboard seen on the way to show off the bakery manager’s idea. That was in 1930, obviously he was onto something.. Now Hostess Brands has a bakery facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, where it makes among other treats, it’s classic white bread, plus hot dog and hamburger buns. It was here, there was a problem with a large motor. Not to worry, our driver at Piedmont Delivery Service arrived in Indiana at 1:00am early Friday morning with motor on board. That was just in time to get the plant back up and running. Don Romaine with Hostess Brands was happy to get the part to make sure the snack cake deliciousness didn’t miss a beat….. Or should we say a bite.
