Between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the U.S. retail industry is seeing green this year, in record-breaking numbers. Billions of dollars, breaking all kinds of records in online sales. Amazon is busy, in fact, working around the clock in its Opa-locka fulfillment center in South Florida. The center is home to thousands of employees and hundreds of robots that work around the clock to make sure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible. When you buy a product, the order goes to that center, and then is sent to the sorting center before it's out the door to your doorstep. Jahmal Leach needed a motor on Tuesday to keep the assembly line moving smoothly, and with our promise at Piedmont Delivery Service of same-day delivery, our driver pulled up to the Opa-locka facility at 9:53pm with the much needed motor.
