The Tale of the Bush Hog

The year was 1951 and a new device was designed to clear pastures near Selma, Alabama. As the story goes, an elderly gentleman said “that thing eats bushes like a hog!” The first Bush Hog was born. Today, Bush Hog products are marketed through 1800 farm equipment dealers across North America. An automated production facility with robotic welders produces 17 different product lines in Selma.
