The Tale of the Bush Hog

The year was 1951 and a new device was designed to clear pastures near Selma, Alabama. As the story goes, an elderly gentleman said “that thing eats bushes like a hog!” The first Bush Hog was born. Today, Bush Hog products are marketed through 1800 farm equipment dealers across North America. An automated production facility with robotic welders produces 17 different product lines in Selma. It’s here Jeff Baker reached out to Piedmont Delivery Service because they needed a part delivered to the production facility. With our promise of same-day delivery, our driver arrived at the plant in Selma at 11:38pm on a Tuesday night. We call it The Piedmont Difference!

All My Best,
