Just What the Dr. Ordered

The Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is the leading producer of flavored beverages in North America. While they’ve only had a short stay on the New York Stock Exchange, their brands date back three centuries. Take for example Dr. Pepper, founded in a Waco, Texas drugstore by a pharmacist in 1885. Snapple on the other hand was created in the New York area by health food store owners in the 1970’s, an apple soda they called Snapple. The rest they say is history. One of the manufacturing facilities in the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is located in Carteret, New Jersey. Kawahn Holmes was in need of a large motor to keep the plant running. The call came late Saturday afternoon, not ideal for most courier services. But Piedmont Delivery Service is not most courier services. Our driver picked up the motor at 4:00pm and delivered it early Sunday morning at 5:14am. The beverage company was back in business and I guess you could say it was just what the Dr. ordered!
