But the real “secret sauce” at this Prince George, Virginia, company isn’t the rock-and-roll icons; it’s the people and the culture they’ve built. Their formula seems to be working, as Service Center Metals has become an industry leader in safety, customer service, and product quality. When the plant needed parts, Stephen McFink turned to Piedmont Delivery Service, and our driver rolled into Virginia right on time at 5:00 p.m. With two new plants on site, fittingly named Cash and Jimi, all we can say is: Rock On!
