On any given Sunday, you probably have opened your newspaper to find a stack of weekly inserts. One regional company that prints those inserts is Valassis. It considers itself an intelligent media delivery company and helps its 58 thousand local, regional and national clients with its direct mail and newspaper inserts.

One of its printing divisions is located in Durham, North Carolina. When Jerry Jefferies with Valassis Inserts needed 8 ball bearings to get a line back and up and running he relied on Piedmont Delivery Service to rush the parts to Durham, North Carolina. A quick call to make sure he had received the ball bearings and exactly who signed for it, is a part of our daily routine. Jerry was not only surprised we would follow up, but extremely pleased the delivery made it on time and in the same day. It’s what we do and we call that The Piedmont Difference!
