Legend has it that the founder of Sara Lee Bakery in Chicago named his signature cheesecake after the only person sweet enough to match it: his daughter. Today, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery operates facilities in Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, and Washington. In Tarboro, North Carolina, the bakery produces a wide range of favorites, including croissants, biscuits, pound cakes, muffins, brownies, and, of course, their iconic cheesecakes.
