Neither Rain, Nor Sleet….

We’ve had enough rain to last us for a while. In fact, probably no surprise here, 2018 is going down in the record books as one of the wettest for South Carolina. New Year’s Eve was no exception, as heavy rains blanketed much of the Southeast. Andrew Frost with IKEA needed a part that was ready for pick-up at 10:00pm New Year’s Eve. IKEA is considered the world’s largest furniture retailer and has a large distribution center in Port Wentworth, Georgia, which is near Savannah. Our drivers are professional and experienced with navigating all types of weather, so the pickup was on time and delivered by 1:00am to get the line back up and running. Let’s just say it was a Happy New Year for all. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
