Loyal Customers Make a Difference
WestRock is a newly formed company that many of you know as RockTenn. The packaging company in Latta, South Carolina prides itself on delivering low cost, high value paperboard, packaging and marketing solutions to a wide range of markets. What WestRock desperately needed recently were belts from Speed Control Incorporated in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Because Speed Control is a loyal customer, they regularly accommodate us after hours. That worked like a charm for WestRock as they called in the order just before closing at 5:00pm. Fortunately, our driver at Piedmont Delivery Service rushed the belts to WestRock in Latta, South Carolina to get them back up and running. Always glad to be of service!
