Happy Valentine’s Day

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, did you ever wonder who makes all of those decadent cheesecakes at the Cheesecake Factory? Or how many slices are in one 10” cheesecake? We now know at Piedmont Delivery Service. Those busy baking teams I’m sure have been in overdrive this past week, as they are located in Calabasas Hills, California and Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Michelle Hawkins of the Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Battleboro, North Carolina needed a part on Saturday afternoon. Knowing the timing of Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we were on it and our driver delivered the part at 4:15pm. Oh and not to leave you hanging, there are 14 slices of yummy cheesecake in one of the Cheesecake Factory’s famous pies.
