Whirlpool is truly a global company serving customers in every region of the world. It was in Clyde, Ohio where, John Bennett needed an electrical motor for Whirlpool’s manufacturing plant. This facility makes washing machines, about 20,000 a day to be exact, making it one of the largest washing machine plants in the world. The only problem was the part was ready for pick up at 10:00pm on a Saturday night. Customizing pick-up schedules for your specific needs is what Piedmont Delivery Service does best, even late on a Saturday night. Our driver rolled into Ohio Sunday morning with part in hand. Now it’s back to business as usual for the 3,000 employees making washing machines in Clyde, Ohio. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
